Obituary For Dr Wilfred Mutubwa
Dr. Mutubwa was a distinguished leader, a committed sports enthusiast, and an accomplished legal expert whose impact was felt far beyond the hockey field. As the President of the DTE Western Jaguars Hockey Club, he inspired countless players and fans with his unwavering dedication to the sport. His exceptional leadership extended to the global stage as a Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague and as the Emeritus Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Kenya Branch.
